There is a great deal of privacy and quiet to enjoy. The terraces are private as well. Because of the house's location on a slope, the terraces are on different levels and connected by stairs. Moreover, they are fenced-off, so children cannot get to the swimming pool unattended. One terrace is covered. There is also a large 1000 m2 playground.

The house provides a great deal of space and privacy, even for larger groups. On the other hand it is suitable for groups as small as two persons, without giving the feeling of being lost.

The swimming pool is situated separately from the house and the terraces. It is L-shaped and is 75m2. It has walk-in stairs and three depth-levels; 1.50 m, 1.80 m and 2.50 m. There is a slide and a diving board. There is also a 2x2 baby pool 40 cm deep. The pool can be covered. The pool is open from mid-March until mid-November. In the house there is a sauna.
